Yesterday was about collecting the keys. Today is where the real work begins.
I’m back in Slough to meet the architect and start the planning process that will transform this property into a fully operational healthcare asset. At the same time, we’ll begin provider discussions and work towards securing the right organisation to occupy and operate the property.
This particular client chose our Gold Package, which means we don’t just help with the conversion and certification process. We also source and place the provider, negotiate the rental income, secure the lease agreement, and project manage the property throughout the duration of the lease.
The goal is simple: take the stress away from the landlord and deliver a complete end-to-end solution.
One project closer. One step forward.
